Cancelling a Subscription (Oct, 2016)

Currently, there are two version of our Relax Melodies Sleep & Yoga apps that offer subscription plans.

Below you'll find a detail explanation of the content available in each of our apps and what additional "add-on packages" are also available for purchase through in-app purchases.:

Relax Melodies Premium: Sleep & Yoga (the app with the purple icon) includes the following when purchased:

  • 112 ambient sounds. 
  • 6 Binaural Beats
  • 6 Isochronic Tones.
  • 5 Guided Meditations.
  • Background Play (the app can be used in parallel to other apps)

Additional in-app Purchase Offered inside the app through subscription plans.

  • Additional 23 Guided Meditations for Mindfulness and Wellbeing.
  • 36 Life Coach Meditations.


Relax Melodies: Sleep & Yoga (the app with the sky blue icon) includes the following when downloaded for free:

  • 56 ambient sounds
  • 2 Binaural Beats
  • 2 Isochronic Tones.
  • 5 Guided Meditations.

Additional in-app Purchase Offered inside the app through subscription plans.

  • Additional 56 PRO sounds
  • Additional 4 Binaural Beats
  • Additional 4 Isochronic Tones
  • Background Play (the app can be used in parallel to other apps)
  • Additional 23 Guided Meditations for Mindfulness and Wellbeing.
  • 36 Life Coach Meditations.


All of our apps release new content every month. 

- 10 New Meditations will be released on November 1st.

 

Canceling a Subscription.

Any time you purchase a subscription through the google play store for any app or google play store product, you can change or cancel your subscription plan directly through your account details inside the Google Play Store App

IMPORTANT: You need to make sure you are accessing the same account used to purchase a subscription.

Follow the steps below to Cancel a subscription. 

  • Open the Google Play Store App.
  • Once inside the Google Play Store app, look for the menu button at the top left-side of the screen. 

 

 

 

  • Open the menu of the app.

 

 

 

 

  • Look for the Account section.

  • Open the Account Details and look for the Subscriptions section. 

 

  

 

  • Open the subscription details and look for the subscription you wish to cancel. 

 

 

  • Tap on the Cancel button to cancel the subscription, a pop up will ask for confirmation before canceling the subscription. 

 

 

  • Once your subscription has been canceled, the "Cancel" button will no longer be present.

 

Shortcut to Canceling a Subscription.

You can also cancel a subscription by searching inside the google play store for the same app for which you wish to cancel the subscription. 

  • Open the Google Play Store. 
  • Search for Relax Melodies: Sleep & Yoga
  • Tap on the app to bring the details up. 
  • You will notice that right below the open button your current active subscription is listed. 
  • Tap on the subscription details to open the subscription window and press the Cancel button to cancel that active subscription.

In addition to the above shortcut, you can also from the Google Play Store app. Select My apps & Games and then select the tab Subscriptions to see and cancel any active subscription.

NOTE: When canceling a subscription, the cancellation will become effective starting on the date when the subscription was to be auto renewed. What this means is that once the date of expiration of your subscription arrives, instead of auto-renewing the subscription. The subscription will expire, and all access to the PRO content of the app will become locked.

Add to the support ticket a much information as possible for the team to have a clear understanding of what the problem is and if possible, attach screenshots. 

Include in the ticket all of the information about your Device, OS, App Name, and version. 

What happens after the ticket is entered?

  • Once the ticket is entered into our Customer Support System, one of our agents will review the information received and contact you with either a possible solution or with follow-up questions about the problem.
  • Our agent will not close the ticket unless a solution has been found, the problem has been resolved or if the ticket remains inactive for more than a week. 
  • Often the responses from our agents are sent to the junk folders of your email. Please make sure you look in the junk folder for any response you might have received. 
  • Our agents reply to all tickets maximum after one day after the ticket was submitted.
