When you first open the app, you are greeted by our quick tutorial.
With a series of screens and messages, the app globally explains quickly how to get around the app.
The tutorial screens look something like this:
To progress through the quick tutorial, simply swipe press the "Continue".
Once you have completed the tutorial you will see a button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that is labeled "I'm done", pressing this button will take you to the home screen of the app.

Brightness Adjustment Button
Alarm Clock Sleep Sounds was designed to function also as a clock display as well as a therapeutic and relaxing sleep aid.
The Brightness Adjustment button allows you to modify the brightness intensity of the screen so you can light it up when you are awake or darken it up when you go to sleep.
To modify the brightness intensity of the screen, simple swipe up for a brighter screen or swipe down for a darker screen.
IMPORTANT: The brightness of the screen does not affect the Advertising Banner. To remove the adds banner you need to have the premium version of the app.
The clock display as its name describes it, it is a display to show the actual time of the day and the day of the week.
The clock display is available in 12 hours (am, pm) format and 24 hours format.
Night/Day Time Mode
The small rounded icon with a half moon located at the bottom left-hand side of the Clock display changes the background from day time to night time and vice-versa.
Future versions of this app will have different backgrounds available to be displayed.

The small rounded icon with the two gears, located at the bottom right-hand side of the Clock display, is the settings button,
Pressing this button will enable additional options for you to access.
Wake / Sleep Program
These two buttons:
Sun (located at the bottom left-hand side corner)
Moon (located at the top right-hand side corner)
Will take you to a program configuration screen where you will be able to configure and set up wake or sleep programs.

This blog is a place where you can find useful tips and techniques for relaxation, meditation, and better sleep.
To access the blog simply tap on the blog icon at the home screen and it will instantly open a browser like a page displaying the blog site.
Simply browse through the page as you would do in any other browser of your device.
In here you will also find a special link to access the Social Network feature of the blog and a small button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that will allow you to open the blog in a web browser.
IMPORTANT: using the "Open in Safari" button will place the Alarm Clock Sleep Sounds app into background mode and open the Safari app with the blog page displayed. When you are done exploring the blog page, you can simply close Safari and Return to the app. You can do this also by double tapping your device's home button to bring up the "Active apps" screen where you can close and move to a different app.
This section is an adds banner that constantly changes and displays different information.
This section is only displayed on the free version of the app.
If you purchase any full access membership, the adds banner is removed permanently from your app.
